Karen is an award-winning communications professional specializing in B2B and B2C content creation, copywriting, as well as internal and external correspondence. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Webster University, St. Louis, in 2010 and then served in progressive roles at a community newspaper and publishing company. During her tenure as a reporter and editor, she earned more than a dozen state awards for writing and photography.

In 2018, Karen joined a boutique healthcare executive recruiting firm as the Director of Communications and Business Writer, where she helped expand the firm’s presence and maintain its reputation as a trusted Top 10 healthcare executive search firm. The following year, the firm was acquired by one of the fastest growing and largest executive search firms in the United States as ranked by Forbes Magazine. Karen served on the Communications/Marketing Committee for the firm, helping with branding and marketing initiatives.

Karen earned a Search Marketing Specialist Certificate from the Digital Marketing Institute at the end of 2018 and has continued to hone her skills in Search Engine Optimization and Marketing.

Kristen is an award-winning journalist, who earned her Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Missouri-St. Louis in 2019. She has worked at two community-focused newspapers in the St. Louis Metropolitan area.

In addition to her journalistic work, Kristen has worked as a public information consultant for an area law enforcement agency, and has assisted local businesses with content creation. 

In March of 2020, she earned a Digital Marketing Certification from SEMRUSH Academy.

In her spare time, Kristen enjoys hiking and working on creative writing pieces.

Gary has over 20 years of management and leadership experience in the service industry. During this time, his focus was team training and development, and Gary has successfully helped numerous cohorts transform into business professionals.

Most recently, he served a St. Louis-based SaaS company where he was part of the customer experience team. He coached investors, helping them strategize on how to best use the software as a powerful tool to scale their business and organize their company systems.

Gary is a Certified Digital Marketer by the Digital Marketing Institute and a Professional Certified Marketer by the American Marketing Association.

He is a devoted family man and a longtime member of the local Kiwanis Club, where he leads and participates in annual service projects to better the community. In his spare time, he loves to mow grass and fish.
